Bad cramps when running. :(?
When I'm running I always bring back horrible cramps. I can't just stop and saunter b/c I'm running with a group. I seize like three cramps adjectives in my stomach that breed me want to cry just dribble down. Is there anyways to prevent getting the cramps until that time I start to run? And if I do get a cramp, how do I stop the agony? Please help me!

I used to enjoy the same problem when running, until I studious that cramping while running is often cause by being mildly desiccated. Once I started to be aware of how much water I be drinking (or not) during the day past a run, I was competent to eliminate cramping from running. So the switch is to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day so you are not desiccated when you run.

I'm not a big exercise soul myself but I remember learning surrounded by school that you own to stretch out really good since you go running. If you don't do that after it will mess you all up. im so sorry bout your prob.im a soccer gall and trust me u seize cramps.what i do is i do set ups bfor each winter sport so it stretches my stomach muscles.try it cause it works for me!=)
You have to stretch first or warm-up until that time running. I think you hold to do that on any exercise that you're going to do. Don't tighten up your muscles while running. Just relax and don't force your body.

You're probably breathing with your chest. As the chest go in and out, the diaphragm is stretched sideways, instead of going up and down the way it's supposed to. Try to breathe beside your stomach. As your stomach goes out and within, your diaphragm goes up and down.hey i run with u. =P
