Doctor say my spine is very restricted.please tell me roughly speaking the way of living .What and how i can do for this spasm?
My spine is declaying because of my 59 years .I can't take any calcium capsul . When I be a baby I fell from the seconf floor to the ground (about 30-40 steps) My uncle inject me 2
times a year untile 10 years old and I 'm competent to walk since
that time near my unequal legs.( the left one is shorter than the right one) All of my earth-shattering nerves are under the low spine ( almost close at hand my *** ) .I don't know how to behave . Pease tell me how to do.

Why would your Uncle be injecting you for eight years because you have a fall and, next to what? And, why do you think one leg is shorter afterwards the other?
All of the nerves from your spine go below your or, through your butt cheeks. What do you mean, "how to behave" what's the problem beside you, explain yourself please.

I would see my Doctor first, then if he suggests a neurologist. They'll probably want to lift MRI's and or, X-Rays.
