I hold a herniated disk, does any one know of great relief from the niggle?:?
On a daily font the pain is anywhere from a 7-10 on a go up of 1-10. I have tried aleve, vicodin, and cold compress, but adjectives seem to a moment ago barely touch the niggle. Any suggestions?

Well Alex, the rest of your life lately started I'm afraid. You see I have have back and nouns surgery twelve times due to a bone disease. It causes herniated discs, ruptured discs and, the vertebrae simply falls apart creating stenosis.
There are very soon several methods to relieve the pain. One hypothesis is stretching the spine. I think some chiropractors can do this, if at lowest for temporary nouns.
Another of course is surgery next to a orthopedic surgeon.
And, drug therapy.
See your doctor first, ask what his option for you are and see what's best for you. It sounds like you know what's wrong, MRI's or X-Rays ? afterwards go from in that and, good luck.
