QUAD SETS!...sit with your legs straight out and push the support of your knee down to the floor using your quad muscle (front of the thigh) and hold 10 second.do this 10 times in a row and do it every hour. Getting your quad strong and getting that knees straight are the 2 most important things. Also, form sure you start physical therapy in 7 days after surgery
