Random hand and facade numbness?
ok its been scheduled since i got the flu 3-4 weeks support my hand will dance numb starting with my not here to my right the small parts on my face i some times attain a head aches/ insubstantial headedness with headache in my shoulder and elbow i know it kinda sounds approaching its a heart attack its not ive went to the emergency room when i be with the flu they said it be nothing purely take ibuprofen or tylenol and ull be fine blah blah blah it go a way for a week and i saw and ent for a blown ear drum and the discomfort went away beside the numbness and comes and goes for roughly speaking an hour the numbness only comes at hours of darkness when i try to go to bed tonight im gunna elavate myself and on a different mattress and steal a tylonal pls help me near my problem it could also be related to panic attacks i win those sometimes when i think to strong on something and forget to breathe, the numbness gois away when i take a shower and relax but comes stern in a hour if u enjoy any suggestions thanks and remember im 16.

Hi, sorry to hear you’re feeling unpromising. It could be related to a panic attacks (although I would pop in a doctor and check). I’ve got some foolproof tips on getting rid of your nouns attacks:
1.Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control panic. As soon as you catch sight of the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe in slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe fast or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will surface a lot better.
2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most effectual thing for madness attacks, anxiety, depression, agoraphobia etc. It takes a bit of work, but it is super successful. Your symptoms nouns pretty worrysome to just blow them stale. If you try a different mattress and take tylenol 1 hour since bed and still find that you have numbness, I would suggest going to a rheumatologist or trying another people doctor. Keep pressing your elders for answers.
