Benefit abbreviation on my Health Insurance Card?

I can't figure out some of the benefit abbreviation on my Aetna health insurance card. They are:

HO 20%
AS 20%
UC 75
MH 50-20v

Any planning?

HO - Hospital Outpatient
AS - Ambulatory Surgery (same as outpatient surgery)
UC - Urgent Care
MH - Mental Health

Sorry, I'm not positive something like these as I have Wellmark.
You should own something listed for Inpatient Hospital Care.

Oh my god, you aren't answering my examine! In the state she's in at 16 she's an EMT?

It have something to do with your co-pays. ie. MH probably for for Mental Health and funds you pay $50 a look in with a max of 20 visit a year. HO may be hospitalization portion you pay, etc.. Just call upon the number on your card as many different plans are offered through Aetna and they shoudl be capable of help you.
