Stress and worry stops me from sleeping some night..?

Sometimes even if i've had a really pious day and i have an idea that everythings fine, when it comes to going to sleep i worry nearly things like key secrets getting out (not childish secret. I can't go indepth).. and I find it thorny to sleep. At night i newly can't help but ruminate of the 'What if's..'

What ways are there to obtain to sleep without taking pills or counting sheep? 8-)

I know i'm youngish, and what worries could a 16 years mature have, but i'm the type of being who dwells on things.

So yeah, question is, How can i capture to sleep without pills.

I also enjoy problems sleeping, and my mind races at dark, mostly over the thought of not sleeping. They say its angelic to write all your problems down or hold a diary. Also exersice makes you sleepy, not too close to bed time thou. Also perchance try listening to a book on cd to thieve your mind off things, but receive it a boring book nothing too exciting. Sometimes that help me to take my mind stale stuff.
