Pain in my shoulder - anyone had similar? or doctor who could help out :) ?
Hello, over the last few days(say 4-5) i own been getting a sharp twinge in my shoulder blade (kind of in the joint), it is ok when my arm is still but when i move it -particularly in an upward movement i catch pains in my shoulder and towards/up my neck. Sometimes the throbbing seems to migrate so it is not merely in the shoulder but also moves within chest next to the shoulder and also the collar. It feels nervy, maybe trapped nerve? i do weights and many racket sports, so one of these could ahve cause it i suppose- but i didnt notice at the time. Its not recuperating as i would have expected and if anything is getting worse. anyone own any suggestions?
cheers

I have problem next to knee distress but i never ever injured in sports.i have no swelling.?
I enjoy had this problem and it sounds similar to a muscular problem that in turn is cause tenderness surrounded by the joint too. I can notably recommend seeing a physio. I see a physio for sports injuries and pay privately. Am a nurse by trade so entail regular visits.
I would also recommend the use of woodlock grease in which you can get hold of from a Chinese herbalist. Works wonders for me. lovely rubbed on the painful nouns.
take cramp relief tablets such as paracetamol.
If money is tight consequently see your GP who will refer you for physio however there is recurrently a long waiting list.
When should i bear tylenol with codine. befor or after i chomp through?
sorry doctor who cant helpIt could be 'frozen shoulder'. A impressively painful condition which, when I suffered from it some years ago, required a stay contained by hospital, treatment with injections & manipulation lower than general anaesthetic, followed by physio.
I think you enjoy tendinitis...can be very bleeding and the pain will radiate throughout the nouns where the agony comes from.

Are you have trouble with the movement i.e. if you put your arm around the wager on can you no longer reach up as far as you could. If so it could be something similar to I had a few months ago and the misery was doomed to failure but I was more worried almost losing the mobility. Take advice on this and if it is suggested you do physio exercises. construct sure you do as my arm is now rear to normal. How long do antibiotics lug to clear up a small nose ring infection?
Ive have same problems went for ct scan and found out i own two vertebra's and trapped nerve if this is any use for youI accidentally sprayed my eyes beside air freshener what can I do for it not to obtain worse?
As your symptoms are aggravated by movement the likelihood is that it is power-driven (muscle/ligament/joint) in nature. It is not atypical for people to slightly misalign a rib which can be extremely itchy. This will give a discomfort just subsequent to the spine and will radiate around the line of the rib artificial. When you raise your arm the muscles that fix the shoulderblade to the ribcage will verbs on the rib exacerbating the problem. People often complain of anguish in any breathing in or out or when bending the body to one side or other. This sort of injury can even be affected by boss movements, pulling when looking down for instance.Try gentle arm and body movements, preceeded by high temperature, to relax local muscles. Maybe consult your GP for anti-inflammatory medication as this can help to settle agony.
If things don't settle after a week then call round a local musculo-skeletal therapist (osteopath/chiropracter) who should be capable of ease things in 1-2 sessions.
Also defining to mention the necessity to stretch and warm up thoroughly past any physical activity to prevent recurrence
Hope this help
