R your legs supposed to hurt after pop, lock and drop it?
-k- yesterday me and my sis were similar to totally dancing our butts stale ,and pop lock and drop it came on, and i did it to the undamaged song! my legs hurt so bad. do u know how to carry rid of the pain? and dont enunciate put a hot towel on it cuz i live in the middle of phoenix contained by the middle of summer. puting somthing hot on is the last piece that i am doing!

They are soar from doing a different type of work out! The pain will budge away on its on eventually! I know when I go out dance all darkness at the bars and clubs my legs hurt closely the day after, And my legs are surrounded by great shape, i've played hockey for 13 yrs and work out regularly so, its just from working a different type of muscle!!

Thats because the heat of the river increases the blood flow to your muscles which creates the soreness. The ice or cold dampen decreases the blood flow, and your muscles get better quicker and are not as sore.
