Bulging vein within upper leg?
I've recently notice that one of the veins surrounded by my left leg have started visibly bulging through the surface of the skin. I can see the start of it at the back of my knees and trace it all the method up to the top of my leg. It doesn't cause me any torment whatsoever, it's just a bit unsightly. Is it anything to verbs about? I'm a postwoman and for this reason do a lot of walking and cycling (5-10miles, 6 days a week).

It is probably the start of a varicose vein. You are specifically prone to them if you spend a lot of time on your foot.
We all hold valves within our veins to stop adjectives the blood sinking to our feet. Varicose vein happen when a spigot becomes leaky and blood starts collecting beneath it and bulging. Often it can be made worse if you hold high-blood pressure or 'sticky' blood.
It can be removed by minor surgery but I'm told it can be quite uncomfortable.
There are lots of herbal remedies to help beside varicose veins, especially red vine palm leaf extract.

Sounds like a varicose capillary, as you say its unsightly but unless it cause you pain or discomfort next you shouldnt need to see a doctor.I woke up this morning and couldnt see !! back me!?
