Tingling leg?
I recently hurt my knees by overusing them. I have to try on a knee brace. Well I tried it on and kept it on for a few minutes, but my leg be throbbing. I realized it be too tight. I took it off. Later that daytime, I touched my knee and the surrounding muscles. The muscles tingled when I touched it. It does surface like pins and needles. If I be to describe it well, it would be resembling when you touch something and it shocks you for a millisecond. The pain is bearable and i can tramp fine, but sometimes pain shoots around that nouns. Any advice? Try not to enlighten me discouraging things. I understand it could be impossible, but this case doesn't give the impression of being all that desperate to me. Anyways I'll be going to the doctors in 4 days so don't bother me about that. Is it a pinched impertinence or what?
Answer:
hmm pinched nerve sounds satisfactory i guess (not a doctor, don't know)0. But u know, most people usually describe a "pins and needles" when their limb are asleep. So that could probably be it.
However, it seems close to something you'd expect from an injured knee--tenderness. You should use the brace, because it will make your knees better. Go back to your doctor and procure it re-fitted. He probably put it on tight because your knee would enjoy to adjust to it.
For the pain, lately use painkillers... maybe an anti-inflammation one? Or one that's recommended for arthritis? buck up, your knees will get better if you in recent times take prudence and brave through it.
