Health insurance?
Is there any possible method to open a different health insurance for sick soul who is an international student? Currently ill. Please serve.

As I said in my other answer to you; near most policies you cannot get pre-existing conditions covered. Your best bet would be to call in a local independent agent. This person can find the best policy for your situation and they don't charge anything for the service. You may hold people respond to you offering medical discount cards.
Be vastly wary of medical discount cards. They are not regulated by the Department of Insurance nor do the nation that sell them necessitate to be licensed. This means you own little recourse when you have problems next to the plan. If you are tempted by the low price and claims of “save up to 80%” be aware that completely few doctors actually rob these cards. It does you little good if you own to drive 4 hours to find a doctor that will accept the card. One state couldn’t find any doctors in that state that took the card and solely one dentist who was on probation for unlawful actions so they banned the public sale of the card. Before signing up with any discount plan obtain a list of doctors. If they won’t make available you a list consider it to be a scam. Call the doctors on the catalogue to make sure they’re still taking the card (many don’t even know that they’re programmed as a provider) and that they’re accepting new patients.
