Does anyone know the minimum shipment for a required "HEAVY" label and if California solidity is different?

I was injured at my work trying to heave a box whereas I could not see the contents. It ended up man heavier than anticipated. I eventually needed shoulder surgery where segment of my collar bone was removed but I still hold issues with the injured shoulder. I be wondering if my employer was remiss in not have a "CAUTION: HEAVY" label on the box if it weigh more than say 40 or 50 pounds.

Okay... I'm solitary 16, and I don't know much about that stuff, but if you find out that he be supposed to have that sticker on the box are you going to sue him? I cannot stand how ancestors sue people for the stupidest things today. All that does is make everyone else pay packet for someone's stupid mistake. I'm not saying what you did be stupid, or assuming that you would sue him... I just needed to say that, because it have always bothered me, and it's the little **** close to that all add up to higher and high taxes, so &#*@ off liberals!
