Do i own a migraine?
Recently (six days ago) the right side of my head started throbbing, my right arm feel heavy, but i could still move it, and i would go and get dizzy spells (i felt as if my room be spinning around and i was newly standing still). I felt tired as economically. I dont know if its a migraine or what what can i do to stop this?

A headache that comes on suddenly and seem different from your other headaches demands a medical evaluation. This might be migraine but if it's spanking new to you then see your doctor. I used to enjoy chronic migraines but I don't recall any "right arm feel heavy" type of symptom.
go to the doctor.. could be a migraine but u dont usually get that within your arm... migraines are mostly pain which comes near nasuea, fatigue and sensitivity to light/sound

Might want to have it checked b/c from time to time some people w/ migraines can own an actual brain tumor causing the problem. Doesn't nouns like a typical migraine. Usually it is accompany by nausea and sensitivity to light along near the throbbing headache. There are other types of headaches such as stress/tension and cluster headache. Only your doctor can properly diagnose you and give you the treatment you will have need of.if you grasp migraine
the headache will gradually increase
in the morning when you receive up
there may be vomit ting also
