This morning i put a shirt on and i got this sharp cramp on my back and when i looked at it i have a 5 inch cut across my back and i don't know where on earth it could have come from. should i be worried? what should I do more or less it?

Look for something sharp in or around your bed. As for self worried, I wouldn't be. As long as it isn't really deep. Just put some antibacterial stuff on it and you should be fine.
