Foot and toe tingling/numbness as well as the thigh and hand?
I have be having numbness and tingling on the whole in my gone foot and toes and it can be painful, its not swollen but its that throbbing feeling resembling when ur foot is swollen, i also get tingling/numbness to my thigh and even my fingers/hands hold gotten that too, a nyone know what this could be, sometimes i get charly horses but not too often

Cramps can also be from muscle stiffness due to stress.
