you left out the details of how your work is involved

the closed pave the way injury more than likely is not durable unless you are showing signs of brain damage (memory loss, restrictions beside moving arm/legs,etc)

the back injuries could be life-long and complicated. once you injure your back-it's never impossible to tell apart.

whatever treatment you require from here on out related to your work injury-your work have to pay for. if you closing up on permanent disability which funds a dr has diagnosed you as man unable to ever work again due to your injuries-it would consequently become the state's responsibility to pay you social surety until your legal retirement age ( a portion of your paycheck be going towards social security benefits).
