Why am I always perceive dizzy whenever I'm travelling in car? Are near any ways to fix this?

Use Meclizine. It is an anti-motion sickness drug. It is by prescription only but is made for motion sickness. Motion sickness is cause by an imbalance of the fluid within your inner ear that interacts with small coat follicles to keep you on the edge. Meclizine is made to counteract the effect caused by motion when you have a feeling like you are not moving.
Your brain think you are stationary because you are just sitting in a vehicle but you are actually moving. This cause the fluid in your ears that hold on to you balanced to become confused.
There are OTC meds similar to Dramamine and such but they are just diphenhydramine or dimenhydrinate which are both really anti-histamines or used for sleep disorders. They are not intensely effective for motion sickness and get you sleepy.
