Suppose you have a regular sleeping stencil of 7 hours a night. Which is the best length to sleep at, assuming no other factors? For instance, is within any difference in ability between 11PM - 6AM and 2AM - 9AM?
Answer:
Yes, our normal circadian rhythm is for us to be up at a lasting time closer to sun rise and in bed after it get dark. So the 11pm-6am would be the better diary vs. the 2am-9am. It isn't normal for our bodies to be up at dark and asleep during daytime hours. The light plays a big piece in it.
I hold this very tight ring on and i simply got it stale yesterday.?
2am - 9am,better sleep. Not if you are sleeping straight through.
