What doctor should I see for pain surrounded by baseball throwing shoulder?

I played baseball all 4 years of high arts school. I am now 25 and playing in my first softball/baseball league since. I guess I forgot I cannot simply throw the ball similar to I used to without the proper warm-up. I be gun-slinging it the first few games playing short stop. Now it is painful for me to even throw a tennis globe across my room. I don't think it is severe adequate to be a tear, but after not throwing for a week and to seize the same discomfort I'm pretty concerned. Who should I see for the best evaluation? Thanks.

If you can near your insurance I would go straight to an orthopedic doctor...a sports one if you can.

Can I buy cortisone that I can inject into myself?

I would be in motion to your general practitioner at first. They'll do a hand on exam, and maybe an x-ray or what not and next give you some follow-up comfort instructions. If they feel you may in actual fact have a opening or something they'll refer you to an orthopedist or an orthopedic surgeon, who will do their own hands on exam, probably some more x-rays, conceivably recommend therapy. Hope this help. Feel better!

Can someone help near muscle spasms?

Orthopedic Surgeon ...and you're not going to like what he'll want to do to you. And salvage is six friggin months. Good luck, dude.

What do u think is the produce of it?

a physical therapist! you may own to get a referral from your doc for insurance reason, but PT's are specially equipped to evaluate and treat problems just similar to yours! i'm not saying this purely because i am a student PT! I just know what PT's can do for shoulders! try PT first, plentiful folks run straight to an orthopedic surgeon and have unneccessary surgery. as expected the ortho doc will say you obligation it...you're his bread and butter! but try PT first and you may avoid surgery...no guarantees, but conservative measures seem so much better than running to progress under the stick. At least you tried, if PT can't abet, by all medium have surgery...most feasible the PT you see will refer you if he/she can't help you! angelic luck!
