Put vasoline on them. They stop burning immediatly, and within a daylight it's healed. Just hold reapplying it. I use it all the time...my DR reccomended and it isn't impossible for you, so don't worry. Hope I help :]If you have a spine brace on, are you supposed to preserve it on when you take a dump?
Vaseline works really really all right - and its actually pretty cheep. In the winter when my jaws get super chapped I apply a glutinous layer of vaseline until that time i go to bed, and next again in the morning after i shower/eat breakfast/brush my teeth.They also sell vaseline specifically for your orifice! it comes in a nice little tube and I reflect on they even have a cheery flavor. That process you dont have to waddle around with a big tub of it, it'll fit other in your pocket.
If you dont similar to the idea of that, Chapstick (the actual Chapstick brand) works really great. They own all different kids...if your mouth are super chapped you might want to try the medicated kind.
