about 3 days ago i possible brought a trapezium strain onto myself, i think this because i experienced one a few months ago. Well its gotten easier to move, beside small amount of pain within my back. In yesteryear 5 hours, when i move, it feels resembling needles going in. The area is approaching the top right side of my upper back. Its one of the areas of the pains, but most of the pain is gone. What could this response be? i dont like going to the doctors, and the sprain have mostly gone away, but what is this new distress.
