My leg muslces has be hurting.?
Last night I saw my boyfriend and we talk and made out and stuff-- normal bf/gf stuff. But we be with eachother for resembling 9 hours. No joke. And partly the time, I was sitting on a projection, with my legs around him, and he be standing. This morning I woke up and that muscle that is right beneath your hipbone, was hurting. And in a minute, later on contained by the day, it hurts pretty desperate. Whats up?

muscle under your hipbone? On the side? Front? Or final? Whatever it is, put ice on it, and stretch your leg (idk what stretch you should do, you newly weren't specific enough.) Walk around a bit. Sounds similar to you just sit on it too long on a hard surface. Its bound to be sore after that amount of time. Muscles self on a surface that is not intensely cushiony for a good extent of time can stress out from no movement or even too much movement depending on the situation. You can feel it more the subsequent day purely like mortal sore the next year after exercising. I've done it before and what i do is use an rime pack, take an anti-inflammatory tablets like motrin or alleve. After the rime, rub some pompeian brand olive oil onto the nouns until its absorbed and place a heat pad on within.you probly dont work out or anything and your muscle just wasn't used to human being stretched like that. it fade surrounded by a few days probly.
