How long does it clutch for a deep bone bruise of the knees to heal?
It sounds similar to it's probably plantar faciatis. The plantar fascia runs along the bottom of the foot and can get inflamed and sensitive for a few reasons approaching high arches, flat be aware of, wearing cheap shoes that lack pious support. If you don't want to see a podiatrist right away for custom shoe inserts you can try some things first. Pick up inserts with arch support from your local cvs/walgreens (dr. schols are perfect ones). Twice a day put 2 cold can of soda on the floor and roll them back and forth using the entire length of your foot (this stretches and help with inflammation). Stretch your calves each day as well. If after doing this for a week you still are not fear better you will have to see a podiatrist. Good luck.

Gout customarily strikes near the big toe, and it's a result of a long-term high-Purine diet (beans, lentils, organ meat, shellfish, etc.). You can make sure of it by getting a Uric Acid exam. Too much U.A. in your blood? You own gout. Yes, there is medication for it, so it's a rubbish of pain. A few days of 300mg Allopurinol (your doctor will prescribe it for you if your blood experiment shows you need it) and you''ll be OK, BUT you call for to take it for a few weeks probably, AND modify your diet.Another possibility is a "Heel Spur". This is dull pain in the heel from a hardened heel ligament (I believe). Can't tell you much more give or take a few that.
