Does anyone know best treatment for soft tissuse; I reckon muscle, hurt of the the neck.

first of all why does your soft tissue hurt? where on earth you exercising or had a trauma?
if its the d¨Ścolletage area we should have an idea that of the parts of the neck and mostly at hand are skin muscles fats and arteries going to the guide and there are also lymph nodes contained by the neck nouns. I dont know whick one of these hurt you but the most common complaint in the collar area is the muscle for stiff nouns . If you think it isnt the muscle probably lymph nodes. you should also check the skin color overlying the artificial part.

get some grill into it. i have soft tissue injuries and i inevitability heat pack and massage to thaw it up. also try taking ibuprofen to reduce any swelling
