I recently starting smoking (it's be under a month) and I would similar to to quit. I heard through the grapevine that nicotine is just addictive physically for 3 days in your system. I'm have difficulty though even after the 3 day sap. I just enjoy a weird craving for the evil loss sticks constantly. I'll just be driving along and a cigarrette will pop into my skipper and cloud my mind. I'm tired of it, plus I don't want to die of cancer. I'm a highly physical involved person and I'm starting to hack and wheez everytime I run or move up. I'm tired of this, cigarrettes are extremely pointless! I started out of stress related nonsense after someone offered me one at a social event. I would in recent times like guidance on tips to quit without have to go buy patches/gum/programs. Would purely like to know what worked for you. Thanks.

My brother quit smoking by going completely cold turkey. he have a big poster of lesion infested lungs hung in his cupboard and whenever he used to open it he used to see it to reaffirm his determination.

Hoenstly if you know an dunderstand that it is discouraging for you you ahve already completed half the contest. Mopst smokers do not really wanna give up!

Just a bit more preserverance and you will net it. Stay firm and veer away from smoker friends as their sinking boat is not the one you wann be onbaord.

My husband quit around 6 months ago and he weaned himself off of them. He be smoking a pack a day and lately slowly decreased the amount of cigarettes he smoked respectively day, similar to he would smoke 2 or 3 less later the day formerly until he got to 0. One day I smoked and the subsequent day I didn't and I never looked put a bet on and have never smoked again. Point is that everyone is different. Maybe you can find a substitute for a cigarette, close to sugarless gum, a carrot stick, something healthy. I own a friend who cut up carrot sticks and put them in a cigarette box and everytime she needed a cigarette she pulled out a carrot stick, like it be a cig. It worked for her.
