Have trouble sleeping at dark...yet can during time?
it takes me in the region of 2 to 3 hours to fall asleep at dark yet during the hours of daylight i can fall asleep confidently. also i can fall asleep at darkness anywhere but in my own room. is this a disorder? or what can i do to fix itt.?

as far as the not being competent to fall asleep contained by your room thing, i know what the dea l is beside that. see, the human body gets used to falling asleep in one and the same room and place every night, so sometimes you bring back bored with it. try something close to re-arranging your room or sleeping on the oppositte side of the bed. and when your not sleeping, try to stay out of your bedroom as much as possible. like dont a moment ago go contained by there and droop out.

its call insomnia...i feel like peas in a pod way sometimes too i sleep during the daylight alot and cant sleep at night...usually its because you have enough rest within the day...but contained by my case i tend to seize tired because im anemic and have to help yourself to iron pills to stay more activeI've be hiccuping almost non-stop all light of day!! well for the moment you are being competent to fall asleep during the daylight because your not sleeping at night so distinctly you are going to be tired during the day. Get some polite novels dont catch hooked on sleeping products.just engineer your self stay up all morning every day until you carry back into the cut-out of wanting to go to bed at darkness. Something tragic may of happened to you within your room maybe you hold a sibling that will trade rooms with you. It happens to me adjectives the time. When I sleep in sunshine, I can not sleep at night. Try going to bed at eight and probably by ten you will be asleep. That is what I do.
