Back and leg headache.?

I have back torment that has spelled to my left leg. The little toe on the moved out is numb, and the back of my leg below the knee fluxucates between aching and numbness. I can't walk normally, I feeler, and I can't sit for a long time. There seems to be no position that is not bumpy, even in bed, I have honest and bad nights, I have to replace my mattress in the hope of sleeping better.

Does this sound used to to anyone, if so, what works best? I have tried physio, as my doctor suggested, but the imporvement is hardly traceable. I do stretches and go to the therapeutic hot pool day after day. I have stopped taking my pain killer at the cost of enduring some pain.. My brother have a back surgery lately, and suggested I may need one too..

Any suggestions would be appreciated..

My mom have those same exact symptoms and she went to the Dr. and they dd x-rays and stuff and told her it was her sciatica impertinence!

Sounds like you may have a herniated or bulging disc. I would jump to your family doctor. They would probably send you out for xrays to determine the create of your pain.

It definitely have nothing to do with your leg but you subsidise! YOu might have a slight slip disk. i suggest seing your GP who might refer you to a neurologist and/or MRI scan

Really sounds like a sciatica, especially when you enjoy numbness in your leg. I had it six yrs ago and I will never forget the misery. It lasted 4mths and eventually it was physio and exercises that relieved it... NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS
