Okay so i hold tendonitis?

Take some advil with a snack apply a cold compress for 10 min. consequently switch to hot for 15.Figure out what you may have done to aggrivate it and avoid that. Get someone to give you a correct massage and the A535 cold-hot patches work really resourcefully!
