Earlier I was listening to my music and spinning surrounded by the middle of the road, I lost my footing or something and I fell backwards and landed on my back. Now it hurts surrounded by the middle of my back a little to the right of my spine. It hurts no issue how I sit or stand or even lay down. Is there anything that I can do so that it won't hurt? Also, I hit my hit slightly on the road as powerfully and have had a thoroughly bad headache ever since.
