Back backache from lifting weights

im 16 and 130 lbs. a few days ago i worked out my traps using the smith machine for the first time. i started having pains lower than my left shoulder blade towards the center after picking up the bar beside heavy weights on several times. during the next few days the middle of my spinal column felt sore and i went subsidise to the gym today. i did some shoulder presses and now its painful to net movements and i cant sit or lie down in unshakable positions. It also hurts when i turn my body or when i bend down to pick something up. Its not as bad as it sounds but should i be worried? or will the pain jump away after some rest.

Answer:    muscle strain. take a time out from your work out until pain is gone. for very soon to manage your pain filch analgesics (Tylenol), or muscle relaxants. and remember, warm ups before lifting or workout is essential. it never a well brought-up idea to workout those cold muscles. and always start next to a light weight..
The best item you could do for yourself right now and I do mean NOW, tolerate your parents know what happen, and you need to stop next to the weights for now until you see a doctor, It sound close to you have a slipped disk in your spine which could baggage bulging of the disk and possible pinched nerves that cases exactly what you have said, Don't play with this it is really serious.Bottom line you really need to seize to a doctor.
