I enjoy a headache. Do you surmise...?

You really should go to the doctor... I enjoy bad knees and I still cheered but I wore a knee brace and took the meds the doctors give me before practice and tumbling or whenever they hurt. Back niggle beside tingling arms and legs?

Just a thought although I guess you'd need to know exactly what be wrong with your knees. i.e. I have chondromalatia or "runner's knees." I've never been a runner but I walk extensively afternoon to day. I didn't have the problem until I took a tango class which I hadn't done as a kid. The wear and tear came from adjectives the different movements, activity and strain of those exercises and they said I have soft kneecaps (really sort of loose and move around easily). The single solution for it was to take it easier, physical psychoanalysis and wait a long time. I wear a brace sometimes but it's just a waiting process. I vote tell your folks and get it checked. The docotor can make a contribution you an x-ray and the best advice yet. It may not be anything serious but you don't want to manufacture it worse... especially ontop of a pyramid.

Cheerleading is high impact on the knees. Not a good impression. You'd be better off with the step troop instead.
