For about 3 -4 weeks now ive be suffering from bad stomache aches, they come and ultimate for a few hours and then go again, its essentially in the lower region of my belly, towards the left and i regularly feel sickly with it although ive not all the same physically thrown up from it but it feels like ive be punched in the belly and theres always that emotion in my throat that im goin to throw up but never do
Can anybody help ? i havent be the doctors yet so i have no theory what it could be ?.

I think you need to see your GP. It may be something similar to irritable bowel syndrome, but for any changes that last longer than a few days, you should ask your GP his/her assessment. Abdominal pain can be caused by a huge number of conditions, so it's best to draw from it checked.

Why am I getting charley horses contained by my gone leg so commonly?

I normally use a hot water bottle and I don't put away ANY junk food at all. I drink until my stomach is content but not so that I end up totally full. I also go to the toilet more habitually and if it helps read a magazine or something and it'll help you're 'buisness' come out easier'...if that's how you put it.
