Ok ,7 mins ago i Walked outta my room to go to the bathroom When i opened the door i Banged the outside Of my elbow Really not easy! It hurt soo bad for 2 mins or so...my vein is popped up and the bruise looks close to its turning Black :(...Hurts to push on it ...Nothing is broken,as i can see still moveable,but very sore :(...anything you suggest that might help ,It be aware of better,Or anything SimilarHappen to you?

Answer:    I would suggest some advil for the pain. Some ice to spawn it numb and to keep the swelling down. Keep it elevated so the blood keeps flowing..
