Best treatment for shinsplints?

I run distance on track. I've had shinsplints for about a month and a partially now. :( They've slowly been improving, but the pain still persists...because of the shinsplints, I've solely been able to run around a 3:05-3:10 for my leg of the 4x800 meter relay.I rime them every day after track, and do stretch/warm-up a lot. I've also developed headache in the front of my ankles...and both the shinsplints and ankle pain are especially desperate in my left leg. I want to achieve rid of them as soon as I can so that I can be back to normal. Thanks! :)

Is my blood pressure glorious?

I have them and all I have found is that you own to rest for a long time and then always generate sure you have a great pair of running shoes beside some of those gel inserts inside, they make them just for shinsplints!

Pains and fearfulness?

Before running attain a good NON IMPACT warm up, this way your feet are not hitting the graound. Use a bike or elipsoidal machine. After running try a contrast tub, Soak in ice dampen up to the knee for 1 min. then contained by warm water for 1 min. repeat 5-10 times.

Clear skin by Friday?

Take a saw (preferably a butcher's bone saw, but you can also use a hack saw) and cut sour your legs. Your shinsplints will clear up in 6-8 hours.

Is anesthesia a biohazard?



What can I do to fall down asleep? Do I own insomnia?
Hand and arm ?
Am I considered a crack go before?
