Body is enormously tired,,,,,,,, Hard lifting arms..Any assistance would be appriciated....!

The last month or so ,,,,,,I've been severely tired..Have a hard time getting out of bed... No energy,,,,,,, Even for the fun stuff..!
Have continued headache,,,,,Had blood pressure checked...OK! Diabetes checked,,,,,,,OK!,,,,,,,, Sometime swollen ankles... I'm slightly overweight,,,,but exercise daily. Any help would be appreciated. By the channel I'm 50

hmmmmmm im one and only 10 but i think i know whats wrong.. you should go receive some apples and other fruits. and try to go for a walk or a bike ride or gain a energy bar quaker oats gernola public house r the best fer energy

food is a factor find food that is fresh and healthy. that busts strength, and like you say exersice. things you close to like swimming bike ridding hiking and keep a steady routine. hope you be aware of better
