Lifting With Shoulder Impingement?
A bone bruise can take a long time to heal. I have one in my knee after meniscus surgery. It took almost 6 months to go away. Ice and anti-inflammatory is about adjectives you can do, and try not to strain it.good luck!your best bet is to call your doctor and enlighten them what you just wrote here. Its a tough one because stuff like that doesn't usually respond all right to the tylenol or advil. Although you could try alternating them. Motrin then 2 hours later tylenol...sometimes that help more.
good luck and feel better!
