Okay I`m not worried, i just wanna know how everyone else got thru these things. i hold to wear this rubberband on the left side of my mouth to move the teeth on my top row over to close up a gap surrounded by my teeth. he told me to wear them all the time except when i eat. but the rubberband (while it doesn`t hurt) make my top teeth so numb that when i try to eat something, it is so painful and i can`t even bite down on anything that`s not chili or soup or something. am i supposed to chomp through just chili and soup while this rubberband process goes on? or am i doing something wrong?

The stomach-ache will go away after a while. Try taking some tylenol. Braces aren't fun. I had to rubberband both sides of mine support in the day! Untill later, enjoy chili and soup...and icecream!

I also had to rubberband my teeth final in the day lol I have pain from it too, and after a while I got used to it. Just bring in sure that you wear them no matter what and stick to the soft food for a little while till you gain used to it. I promise you it will get better. And if it doesn't call your orthodontist, you might hold some sort of alignment problem that is causing the rubber trimming to have to stretch more and therefore would be putting more pressure on your upper teeth.

i remember braces dutiful times! well i had to do indistinguishable thing so i no what you mean! It will hurt more consequently normal with the rubber band when you get the tightened but that goes away and other remember that it is only for a little while and next you will have a pretty gawjus flawless smile :D hope it helped! but for right immediately hit mom of for some ice cream ;)
