Bruise on lead of 13 month frail?
Im just wondering my son has this bruise on his forehead and it is purple surrounded by colour and around that bruise there is a lump. Why isnt the whole lump bruised?. I dont deem he is seriously hurt he cried a little bit then he have had hsi normal time sleep, eat all his lunch and is now running around the house again getting into everything lol and cheerfully singing. Im fighting the urge to take him to the doctor but I jsut verbs.

The lump is bruised, but it doesn't turn purple. The purple your are seeing around the lump is blood caused by the lump upon impact. It will only hurt if you push on it, or your son bumps the lump against something. The body will involve the blood eventually and the lump will go down. If he was elder applying ice right after it happened would own helped. If that ever happens again, and I'm sure it will, if within is a lump, don't get to concerned. However if the lump is inward, then he would contained by all probability have a concussion, and will call for medical attention soon as possible. He sounds fine. However, he should not have be allowed to sleep prior to seeing a doctor. Since he is now up and about and is not vomiting etc., he is fine. If you become aware of ANYTHING, out of the ordinary go to the ER.Is my feeler broken?
