Bruises that won't make well

In the last couple of months I've noticed that I'm bruising exceptionally easily. I have multiple bruises that I'm not even sure how I'm getting. Also it seem that it takes forever for any of them to heal. I've never bruised confidently before. Has anything similar ever happened to anyone? Is at hand a reason for this or a way to prevent it?

Answer:    There are several causes for easy bruising, which is bleeding beneath the skin. A few of the most common causes are:
- taking oo much aspirin/ibuprofen
- birth control pills
- intake too much fish

If you are taking too much aspirin/ibuprofen, switch off to Tylenol, which doesn't have one and the same effect on your clotting.

Because there can also be underlying medical conditions, I suggest you see your doctor for a thorough exam with some lab test to rule out any more serious conditions.

HTH!.
My friend bruises very easily, but she have hemophilia.

Also my cousin had this problem, but her bruises would come back surrounded by the same spot. We recently found out she have cancer..
There could be any number of causes, so I would bring this up with a doctor. Typically, most bruises ultimate about a week, depending on the severity. someone told me a while back that it could be a sign of dibeatis
