Bumpy Nails?
I am 12 years old and I have these odd ridges on all my nails. Some are a tiny bit better after others but all of them are pretty much the same. If i run my fingers across a staple it feels like tiny little side or something. I think that i'm probably lacking a vitamin or something but I really don't know. I first notice them about a year ago. Please help!

omg me too.! I've got theese huge indents in my nail and they chip and it's horrible! It's hard to put on nail polish. When I look at them from the sides it's similar to a little ditch in the middle of my staple.:/

Bumpy nail might be a sign of a thyroid problem...or have your nails purely suffered a lot of trauma? Get it checked out at the doctor. They'll probably run some tests.Should I get hold of the MRI for my ankle?
