Burning sensation surrounded by my stomach when doing squats?

I was doing squats the other day, and in the middle through, on the push back up, I felt this burning stomach-ache to the left hand side of my stomach, in the middle down the ab muscles right on the outer part, but inside, behind the ab muscles. It feel like I had a hot potato stuck contained by there!

At first I thought I'd done a hernia, but nothing popped out and after a few minutes the niggle eased off, and I be able to complete the squats, albeit at a lesser counterweight.

Anyone have any idea what it could possibly be? Was it nearly a hernia, or lately a muscle strain? The pain for about 10 second was searing, I thought I'd done something serious but it seems to be recuperating. I was just curious if anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

Answer:    I guess that gave unsullied meaning to the words , "feel the burn!" My solely suggestion is to have it checked out if it happens again. Good luck..
its probably some food moving in the order of
nothing to worry nearly but if it hurt real bad afterwards i would say you almost did your abs in so strech your abs by moving your hips within a circle
