Yesterday my throat started feeling a little itchy to where on earth it felt like i needed to maintain clearing my throat. I woke up in the middle of night and my mouth and throat feel dry as cotton and i have a dry cough. It hurts to even talk. I get up and got some water and that doesnt give the impression of being to help. Can anyone tell me what could be cause this? I feel like i can barley communicate.
