Can anyone minister to me estimate of some philosophy?

I have become ridden with anxiety problems lately. I believe it is due to financial pressures around me and long work weeks(usually 50+ hrs). I was need to get some ideas on what are some relaxing things to do that will let me carry out and have fun so I wont become so stressed. Any ideas would be great.
Answers:    I've totally gone thru the same item recently! This is what I did that really helps me out. I made myself a little exercise diary where I get my heartbeat up above 140 or 150 for 30 minutes, three times a week. I am a full time student and work full time as well, but making time for a 30 minute work out 3 times a week be so worth it! Also, when you feel some anxiety coming on, focus your thoughts directly at calming yourself down. I've taught population in our office how to overcome anxiety attacks and it honestly works! When it's coming on, focus on your breathing and breath deep and average. Relax the muscles in your neck, back and shoulders, rotate your lead around and then think "calm down, self!" Also, you can literally lower your heartbeat merely by thinking about it. Focus on calming down and breathing normal and your heart will slow down. I have a couple anxiety attacks and during those times, a quick little prayer also calmed me down and helped me focus on reality. I hope this help! Good luck! Creating with Music
You will need a CD of your favorite music (or several CD's), some full-size paper, a smock, and finger paint. Put on the music, close your eyes for a bit, and let it move through you. Then, dive in to the finger paint! Feel its texture below your fingers, enjoy the colors, and swirl the paint around on the paper to the music. You can vary this near other media: magic markers or clay or Play Doh. The more of your senses you involve, the more relaxing this will be!
