I have recently detoxed self from hydrocodone- over 2 weeks very soon, BUT symptoms (RLS, insomnia,etc) stuck with me for almost entire time. Can slipping and taking a 5mg oxy (not was i be detoxing from but an opiate all the same) cause my body to turn thru withrawl again?

yes, I've been on norco 10/325 for 4 years 3 herniated discs among other things. I have also tried to do equal (self detox, usually try it about a week a month and one pill no matter the opiate will craft you dependent, at least with me it did. I receive the same symptoms RLS and stomac issues.

Well it didn't help but it's not going to be a huge deal. Just obtain back on the wagon and stay within. You were lucky to have gotten entirely through debt in 2 weeks this shouldn't create too much of a setback. As far as withdrawal and addiction stir an opiate is an opiate, it doesn't matter that your dependence was Vicodin and you took oxy. Keep within mind that it will be extremely easy for you to become dependant once again to ANY opiate.

Only taking one pill will not cause subtraction, however continuously taking any opiate will trigger the dependence, regardless of the actual drug.
