Can I own surgery to remove self damage scar? PLEASE recommend!

The scars are white, whiter than the rest of my skin, slightly raised, and on my inner upper arms where on earth the skin is loose. I'm guessing bio-oil etc. only works on red, newer scars? As they are already completely faded later is surgery my only option?

Answer:    You can enjoy surgery on the NHS. You need to have a doctor who is feeling like to refer you. Then you need to pass a little interviews. You'd have to prove that you no longer S H and that the old scar are not helping your recovery.
Your local medical centre would also enjoy to pay towards the surgery so it would depend on your relationship with them.

.
oil should help over time. Also massage the skin regularly and you can also turn to a massage therapist that is to say trained in scars - they may be capable of break up any adhesions and speed healing process.

Most importantly, do not allow the scar or comments about them to change your judgment of yourself. They are just markers of where on earth you have been and do not enjoy anything to do with where you are today or tomorrow.

Stay all right and research your options..
I also have self-harm scar on my arms, so I know how you feel. Mine are on the outside of my arm where everyone can see them and ask roughly speaking them. I've been using Mederma for a while and they're starting to fade a little. I expect Mederma is probably the best thing to try since it works on old and different scars.

Good Luck, and ignore any slightly rude answers that populace without a clue about you want to post..
first I'm sorry for some of the answers that you got, glad that your feeling better satisfactory to look after yourself. maybe you could try some sort of makeup, but whatever you do i hope it works out for you, my best wishes stir with you. I had devout luck with lots of vitamin E oils massage into the skin regularly.

Sometimes stupid mistakes stay with you for a lot longer than the duration of the mistake... Mine are still semi-visible after close to nine years. .
Yeah you can but you hold to pay for it, You dont deserve to get it on the NHS for free. ive used bio grease and its worked for me, u have to keep usin it and over time it shud work, get to ur docs and talk them about what u can do ..
Surgery?? after adjectives the practise you have had near sharp objects you should be able to do the job yourself. yes surgery can help out but will leave its own scars and will cost you!.
bio grease never worked for my scars.
would surgery not leave you near scars anyway?
