Can I sue my doctor?
ok lets start at the beginning. I am bipolar next to no other "medical" disorders besides the occasional migraine. So, I am on meds for my mental illness, and i for the most part am regular on ok, so My people Dr. who i have seen oodles times before, hasnt taken my history or physical for a year or so, has be prescribing me meds for the last month because he doesnt have time to see me obverse to face. let me transmit you this, he has noted in my chart that i am a hypochondriac, and that i am a "drug seeker" and should be takien into consideration when i am see by a doctor. so i have been have severe sciatic pain for about a month immediately and am working with my chiropractor. so theres no reason i in truth have to see my Dr. because the only point he can do is prescribe me something for pain. 2 weeks ago he prescribed me Lyrica which helps next to the skin tenderness but doesnt do much for the actual pain. so i telephone him yesterday and ask his nurse to prescribe me something for pain...so he prescibes
Answer: Don't bother suing him - change doctors!! Obviously this doctor have no time for you to discuss your medical concerns and actually take the time to comprehend your needs. He's just be pacifying you with marking your chart that you are a hypochondriac and prescribing you meds to shut you up. Go see someone else - someone who have time for you.
