Can someone relieve me? i hold a broken ankle and i have need of some tips.?
i broke my ankle a couple of days ago playing soccer and i need some help basically on how to hold some fun because i am in crutches and spend all day on the couch doing unquestionably nothing. so i would really appreciate if someone could help me and also my arms hurt SO much from those crutches! thank you
Answers: First, get your crutches in step. Although it takes time to work with crutches, it shouldn't cause you that much affliction. I found hopping around works well for short distances and was especially fun when someone was helping me. I loved the extra attention.
I'm not sure what you similar to or dislike, but get out. Watch soccer games or other sports from the sidelines. Go shopping. Many places have wheel chairs available. Learn to play pool - it doesn't really involve two good legs. Go visit your friends. Go to the movies. Just out of the house.

You can try a different height for your crutches, possibly a little shorter.When you a re in the couch, you can watch tv, or survey movies you wanted but you never saw.
