Can too much sleep be unwholesome?
Since its summer ive been getting a lot more sleep than usual. closing night i slept from 3 a.m. to 7a.m. and then from 2 p.m. till 10p.m.. Ive be sleeping a lot more than 12 hours lately.

3am to 7am is only 4 hrs of sleep! Not adequate for anyone. You are probably exhausted and your inner sleep clock is screwed up-therefore sleeping 8 hrs during the daytime hours. Please see your doctor and maybe he can prescribe a sleep aid(or even over the counter Benadryl) so that you can reset your internal clock. Good luck! Absolutely. Too much sleep will only brand you more tired and make you want to sleep even more. However, each individual needs their own amount of sleep, so try to find what is right for you. Some people obligation 8 hours of sleep, some 6 and some 10! Since it's summer and you have the ability in a minute, try different amounts of sleep and see what's best for you!.

it doesnt concern if you get more sleep than usual but make sure u other get the right amount of sleep or you will be tired and cranky not true! eight hours is a perfect time!

For a while its not bad. All the time it can be. if you sleep to long, your body gets used to mortal in 'slow' mode causing you to quality like crap forever.
