if you take codeine at high doses, the effect is similar to morpheine or heroin. but you'd really requirement to take super high doses.

Why are you so ashamed? Nurofen plus is a pain tablet that you get over the counter. I other use nurofen plus for headaches these days. As for the added confidence I think that is just contained by your head.
